This is a carved Redwood Command made for the US Coast Guard Cutter, Bertholf. The photo frames for officers are made so photos can be easily replaced. The name plates of the crew will be engraved with their name and rank/rating and can also be easily replaced . The ship's crest is digitally printed on giclee vinyl, because it was too small to carve accurately. The entire board is clear-coated twice. This Command Board will withstand maritime conditions. This and similar Ship Command Boards can be ordered in any size from 24 inches to 60 inches wide.
