This Chain-of-Command and personnel roster plaque for MATSG-21 (Marine Aviation Training Support Group) Pensacola is carved from High-Density-Urethane (HDU). After carving, it is hand sanded and stained to get the required color. The unit's personnel names are engraved into the HDU, so they are permanent. The unit's crest is carved into the HDU in engraved 2.5-D relief.
