This Chain-of-Command plaque for an Force Support Squadron Leadership a for the USAF is carved from California Redwood. After carving, it is lightly sandblasted and stained to get the required color. The positions of officers are raised, and their photos are inserted in wood frames, which can be easily changed out. This plaque is clear-coated twice .
