Chain-of-Command Photo Board for the Titans Fleet Multi-Mission Squadron (VRM-30)
This large Chain-of-Command Photo Board for the Titans Fleet Multi-Mission Squadron (VRM-30) is carved from California Redwood. After carving, it is hand sanded and stained to get the required color. The officers have photos inserted into slide-in wood picture frames with glass covers, which can easily be changed-out. The officer names are engraved on brass plates are inserted into the brass sliders under each photo frame. The unit's crest is carved in 2.5-D multi-level raised relief, and artist-brush painted using long-lasting sign enamels. This plaque is clear-coated twice to protect against the marine environment.
