491st Attack Squadron “Upgrades & Ringers” Recognition Board – Stained Wood with Engraved Plates
This custom recognition board was built for the 491st Attack Squadron and showcases aircrew achievements across upgrade tracks including Designated Instructor, FIUT, Flight Evaluator, SOF/SUP, and 7-Level. The rich dark-stained wood background features two full-color squadron emblems at the top corners, gold-painted carved headers, and black nameplates arranged in grouped sections. Each engraved plate is changeable, allowing leadership to maintain an up-to-date display of top performers and mission-qualified personnel. This board also includes a “Ringers” section at the bottom to highlight standout individuals.
