Chain-of-Command Photo Board for the Communications and Information Directorate, 75th Air Base Wing
This Chain-of-Command photo board for the Communications and Information Directorate, 75th Air Base Wing USAF is carved from Mahogany wood. After carving, it is hand sanded and stained to get the required color. The officers and men have photos inserted into slide-in wood picture frames with acrylic covers, which can easily be changed-out. The names of positions are carved into the wood The titles at the top are carved in raised relief . The unit crests at the top is carved in 2.5-D raised relief and artist-brush painted using long-lasting sign enamels. This plaque is clear-coated twice, and can be placed outside or inside. Plaques of this type are all custom designed and made with sizes ranging from 48 inches to 120 inches wide, depending on the number and sizes of photos , nameplates, and crests.
