MD4153 - Hanging Entrance Sign for the "Crown and Colonel" English Pub, with Aluminum Plated Eagle
The eagle, the crown and the flags in thios English Pub hanging sign are carved in 3-D bas-relief. The eagle is plated with aluminum and polished in high areas, and it is then lightly hand-rubbed with black sign enamel to increase contrast of the relief. The background is lightly sandblasted , and the crown, flags and text are artist-brushed painted. The entire plaque is then clear-coated twice with clear polyurethane acrylic .
