MC3080 - Engraved Plaque of the Great Seal of the State of Nevada
This plaque of the Great Seal of the State of Nevada is carved in engraved relief. It is plated with copper metal and a darker patina is applied to the engraved artwork, text and borders. It is then clear-coated twice.
