ME5057 - Seal of the US Court of Appeals, 3-D Bas-Relief , Gilded with both Gold and Silver Leaf
This plaque is carved in 3-D high relief. It is first gilded with pure silver leaf and the eagle, text and borders then are gilded with 24K gold leaf. The plaque is then coated twice with clear polyurethane acrylic clearcoat. .
