This matched pair of 4-foot diameter wall plaques features the Great Seal of the State of New York, each carved in high-detail 3-D bas-relief from High-Density Urethane (HDU). The sculpted elements include Liberty and Justice figures, a central landscape shield, and an eagle above a globe, all artist-painted in bold, authentic colors. Each seal is bordered with a thick twisted rope ring painted in antique gold. These plaques are ideally suited for flanking entryways, dais backdrops, or courtrooms.
