This 5-foot diameter wall plaque of the Great Seal of the State of New York is a highly detailed 3-D bas-relief carving made from High-Density Urethane (HDU). The central shield features a sunrise over the Hudson River, flanked by Liberty and Justice figures, with a bald eagle perched atop a globe. This full-color emblem is hand-painted using UV-stable enamels, and the entire seal is framed with a thick twisted rope border painted in antique gold. Ideal for courtrooms, government lobbies, or executive chambers, this plaque is finished with a satin clear coat and includes wall mounting hardware.
