This 10 ft diameter HDU wall plaque of the Great Seal of the State of Maryland, is carved in 2.5-D multi-level relief This plaque and similar State government plaques are shown on our County Government plaques page.
This plaque is painted by our artists with light and dark gray sign enamels, and then airbrushed and hand-rubbed with a darker gray paint. The plaque is then coated twice with clear polyurethane acrylic . This photo shows it being installed on outside building wall with a crane
