Chain-of-Command Board for the Coast Guard Cutter Frederick Hatch XO
This Chain-of-Command board is carved from California Redwood. The ship name is carved in raised relief and painted metallic brass. The photo of Frederick Hatch is a printed giclee vinyl applique. The brass-colored Coast Guard insignia at the top left of the board is carved from HDU in 3-D bas-relief. The crew name holders are plastic and engraved brass or plastic plates can be inserted and easily replaced. This plaque is clear-coated twice to protect against the marine environment.
