This is a custom carved photo board for the Outstanding Civilians of the Navy Warfare Development Center. Each Quarter and Annually an outstanding Civilian is selected . The board is made of dark stained Mahogany. The painted gold text is raised, and the Navy Warfare Center's seal / crest is carved in 3-D multi-level raised relief and artist-painted. The photos, which have the civilian's names printed on them, are easily changed out in the frames by sliding an existing one out and a new one in . Above the photo frame is raised gold-painted text denoting the category of rthe award. This and similar photo boards can be ordered in any size from 30 inches to 96 inches wide.
