This is a carved and sandblasted Mahogany "Sailor of the Quarter" Award Board for the USCGC Myrtle Hazard. The brass name plates of sailors who were selected as "Sailor of the Quarter" will be engraved with their name and rating. The wood board is clear-coated twice. This Award Board will withstand maritime conditions. This and similar chain of command and award boards can be ordered in any size from 24 inches to 60 inches wide.
