This is a carved rectangular Former Maintenance Officers board made for the USS Gerald R Ford, This plaque is made from natural cedar wood, which provides a rich, warm reddish-brown grain background. At the upper left is the ship's crest carved in 2.5-D, and on the right are two carved 3D insignia. . An engraved brass header plate shows the name and rank of the current head Maintenance Officer. The names and dates of service are of previous Maintenance officers are engraved in on plastic plate. The board is framed with a raised cedar border and finished with a clear-coat sealant. It is suitable for indoor locations and can be ordered in any size from 24 inches to 48 inches in width.
