They can feature a high-resolution digitally-printed Giclee vinyl photo mounted on a smooth area of a beautiful stained African Mahogany plaque . The text and border in this section are engraved (V-carved profile) painted with metallic gold (they can also be gilded with 24K gold leaf at a higher price); The plaque is clear-coated twice to protect against scratches and aging. It is suitable for both inside and outside locations. Plaques of this type can be ordered in any size from 10 inches to 24 inches in width.

The Style for this plaque is Style Category 1.3.2, for text painted metallic gold. . A more expensive version of this plaque, Style Category 1.2.12, has text and border gilded with 24K gold leaf.
If you have a high-quality photo of a person, an object, or a scene, we can make a custom 2.5-D engraved Mahogany wall plaque featuring the photo in any size from 10 inches to 24 inches wide, for either indoor or outdoor use. We can customize or personalize these photo plaques with carved text for individual names, citations, dates, etc. A photo is not needed for this type of plaque; it is optional.
