WM1190 - US Navy Rules of Leadership Plaque, by Colin Powell, Engraved Dark Stained Mahogany
This "Rules of Leadership" plaque for the US Navy TACGRU unit is carved in engraved relief from African Mahogany. After carving, it is hand sanded and stained one or more times to get the specified color, which can range from light to very dark, depending upon which of the 24 Minwax color stains is used. The colored seals are 2.5-D carved HDU hand-painted appliques. The plaque is then clear-coated twice with Matthews clear polyurethane acrylic .
