Made from richly finished hardwood, the board features a central 3-D Coast Guard seal along with rank insignias for Commanding Officer, Executive Petty Officer, and various divisions. Each row includes black nameplate holders with sliding red, green, or black indicators to show live duty status—On Duty, Off Duty, or Standby.
