WP5260 - Hobart Police Perpetual Plaque, Engraved Stained Cedar
This Hobart Police Perpetual plaque is carved in engraved relief from Western Red Cedar in the shape of the State of Indiana. After carving, it is hand sanded and stained one or more times to get the specified color, which can range from light to very dark, depending upon which of the 24 Minwax color stains is used, or its natural wood color (no stain). After painting the art and text with 1-Shot blue, and mounting a printed giclee vinyl applique of the Hobart Police Shoulder patch and individual engraved plates for individual officers, the plaque is clear-coated twice with Matthews clear polyurethane acrylic .
