This stained cedar plaque is carved in 2.5-D flat-relief with raised text, art and borders. A thin sheet of aluminum is precisely cut to match the raised areas and epoxied onto the wood.The aluminum cladding is then buffed to a high shine. The plaque is clear-coated twice with Matthews clear polyurethane acrylic .
